As a Customer Onboarding & Enablement Manager, part of Kodiak Hub’s Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in the most critical part of our customers' journey with us - onboarding. Kodiak Hub delivers a world class onboarding experience across our global customer base, deploying software in weeks, not years, like legacy vendors and driving customers to first value in 14 days.

Project management of customer implementations to specified statements of work makes up the core of the Customer Onboarding and Enablement Manager role, but your role will also encompass the facilitation of live and on demand workshops to support the education and enablement of leadership teams and key stakeholders across the Kodiak Hub customer base, alongside other initiatives to support in consistently adding to our enablement services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct discovery workshops to deeply understand customer requirements, developing tailored success plans that facilitate seamless onboarding and integration
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure that customers are fully prepared for new processes and systems. Develop and implement strategies that minimize resistance and enhance user adoption, fostering a smooth transition throughout the onboarding phase
  • Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Regularly communicate project status, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as necessary to keep all parties aligned and informed
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous testing and evaluation. This involves making recommendations for improvements based on customer feedback and internal reviews
  • Work with internal technical teams to customize solutions that meet specific customer needs. Your ability to synthesize customer feedback will drive enhancements to our service offerings
  • Work internally with product, marketing and customer success teams to design and deliver live and on demand training content and resources such as onboarding guides, best practice guides, webinars and prerecorded videos for existing customers that empower  users and increase adoption rates and times
  • Work with customers to surface expansion opportunities throughout onboarding that extend use cases, provide further value to their users and deliver increased ROI to stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant study
